GN cooling plate 1/1 or 1/2, chrome-nickel steel

The GN cooling plate is available in Gastronorm sizes GN 1/1 and GN 1/2. It is perfect for transporting food in GN containers or thermal boxes. The cooling plate has a height of 4 cm and is equipped with an integrated cool pack. When stored for 4 hours in the freezer, the cooling plate maintains a temperature of approx. 6 °C to 8 °C for up to 6 hours.
