The stainless steel Gastronorm plug-in lids have a silicone seal on the underside and are suitable for GN containers with a depth of 100 mm or more. There is a hole in the lid to prevent a vacuum from forming. They keep food, sauces, and soups fresh longer in Gastronorm containers. Due to the airtight fit of the lids, no oxygen can enter the interior – neither during storage nor during transport. Made from medical silicone and chrome-nickel steel, the GN lids are very durable, easy to clean, and dishwasher safe. The lids are available in various Gastronorm sizes.
