Description

The Eutectic Plate for Professionals. Best Cooling Performance Thanks to Innovative Fluid.

More flexibility for buffets, catering, and delivery services: the right accessories make it possible.

Reliably extend temperature stability: Your food stays fresh even longer and frozen even longer. This also allows you to extend transport times. Particularly practical if your thermal box is not fully loaded. Supports the cold chain according to HACCP standards.

Features: Reusable as often as you like. The stopper is ultrasonically welded. The special design keeps the plate dimensionally stable during freezing. Please observe the freezing instructions.

Easy handling: Freeze for 24 h, then place in the thermal box. For front-loading thermal boxes, the cooling plate is slid into the top rail.

Instructions: Place the eutectic plate horizontally in the freezer at least 24 hours before use.

Important: Please do not wash in the dishwasher!
