The Mini Copper 20 series features a 3-ply multi-layer material with a wall thickness of 2.3 mm: the 3 layers consist of 0.5 mm chrome-nickel steel on the inside, 1.3 mm aluminum in the middle, and 0.5 mm copper as the outer layer. The long handle allows you to stir comfortably with one hand while grabbing the serving pan with the other and removing it from the stove.
