Just like the round pizza screen, the square pizza screen is characterized by its particular lightness and easy handling. Our square screen measures 60x40 cm and is approx. 1 cm high. Unfortunately, this pizza screen is also not suitable for the dishwasher, as the material is aluminum. Pizza screens are particularly often used in so-called pizza lines, as handling is very easy and the pizza can be baked from all sides simultaneously. The perforation, or hole size, of this pizza screen is 8x4 mm.
