Our perforated pizza pan with PTFE non-stick coating is wonderful for pizza that shouldn't stick, but should be cooked evenly. The hole size of these pizza pans is 9 mm and the height is 1 cm. We offer two different diameters of baking pans. The base material of these pizza pans is steel, then the surface is sealed with a PTFE non-stick coating, making these pizza pans robust and ideal for use in a professional pizzeria. A small tip: Take a look at our pizza pan stands; they fit perfectly, even with this perforated pizza pan. Cleaning this pan should, if possible, not be done in the dishwasher; hand washing guarantees a longer lifespan.
