The rim of these trays is beaded, which significantly simplifies handling with pizza tongs or baking sheet tongs. Our blued steel pizza trays are available in 7 different sizes, from 20 to 32 cm in diameter, so there's a suitable size for every pizza. FOR CLEANING, please use very little water and then grease thoroughly with fat or oil, making sure to cover every spot!
